I see all the profile edit pages on goodreads have been reformatted.  In addition, it now makes explicit the stuff besides ratings and reviews that will be posted and available to goodreads for Kindle and only on goodreads.com.  You have no choice in this matter other than to uncheck the features like "vote on a review," for instance.  This will uncheck it for both goodreads and goodreads for Kindle.  

The goodreads integration on the Kindle Paperwhite sucks (I have one).  It isn't much more than a catalog.  gr apps for iOS and Android are actually much more useful.
