When including TWs in a review, should you include all the triggers in the BOOK, or just the ones you talk about during the REVIEW?

Also, the link The Fangirl provided lists a trigger I forgot to warn of in my review/comments on Sylvia Day's CAPTIVATED BY YOU: self-harm (cutting). While I did list some triggers, I unintentionally forgot that one, so I'm sorry for that. I by no means meant to suggest that self-harm is potentially NOT triggering. Just me being carelessly forgetful.
